Welcome to the website of ChoiceNutrition! Our aim is to teach individuals how to make the right choices when it comes to diet and lifestyle in order to improve general health and help to reduce the risk of developing disease. As obesity, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and other serious health conditions is on the rise in the western world, there’s an urgent need to get the message of healthy living out to the general public.
Many people don’t know what they’re doing wrong and what serious consequences a regularly unhealthy diet and lifestyle can have on health and wellbeing. A simple deficiency in some essential nutrients can lead to depression, lack of energy, suppressed immune system, damage to arterial walls etc. The general public has the right know about these things and ChoiceNutrition aims to spread the message to as many people as possible. Health is so much more than losing weight – all the component in our bodies, including hormones and other signalling substances, are made up by what we eat!
